I come to this forum, like most you, as a result of the carnage in world currencies.
What better place to be than in precious metals?
I don't know whether this is the appropriate forum, (if not please direct me to the correct forum) but I have some good news to pass on - but first a little background info.
I and my associates are in the process of developing a new and comprehensive catalog of Australian coins. We are close to finalising the catalog but still have much work to do with the supporting information.
As part of catalog compilation we needed accurate information regarding products and mintages, especially for the Perth Mint, and we approached the mint directly for this info.
Unfortunately we had to invoke Freedom of Information legislation in order to obtain the Mints cooperation.
The good news is that the Mint has now agreed to publish, on their website, full details of all Perth mint products produced since their 1986 reopening. It'll be a few months yet. Keep watching.

Welcome Paul, Welcome to the forum. A member of this forum works at The Perth Mint, I'm not sure if he can help with info. It would be great to see another catalogue out there.

This is very sad. Many of us many times tried in the past, but no one had the time and energy to go that far you did. Congratulation!
