Re: Bulliondeposit giveaway 1oz gold

Wonder if anyone bought any.

I recall a jeweller went bankrupt after listing a ring for fraction of its cost, last year in Sydney.

I pretty sure within the term and conditions there will be something along the lines of:

"reserves the right to refuse any order at its own discretion, including extreme market events, and errors as a result of an electronic and shifting price market."

Not so sure if that matters, the above went to court right here in Australia and the buyer won, and the jeweller had to pay legal cost as well.

Re: Bulliondeposit giveaway 1oz gold

I missed out on a bunch of proof coins from Perth Bullion a while ago, accidentally listed just over spot.  They must have realised their error just as I was placing my order because the system wouldn't accept it and then the price changed.

Was looking forward to a very interesting conversation, although I wouldn't have expected them to go through with the entire order (of dozens of coins) I did hope they'd do something nice for me smile

Re: Bulliondeposit giveaway 1oz gold

I should have bought the 20oz I put into the buy now bit….. but that wouldn't have been nice.
Im sure they'll see this and give me something for not doing it (heres hoping). big_smile

In any event with a company and products like this I'm sure there is a get of of jail card in the terms and conditions incase something like this happens, which you have to tick and agree to before finalising the order.
