Re: Tracking the 2012 1oz Silver Dragon Secondary Market

one just sold on ebay for $212.50. it was an auction - a zero bidder won it though, so hard to say if its legit or not.

Re: Tracking the 2012 1oz Silver Dragon Secondary Market

I had 5 'watchers' of my auction within 5 minutes of listing - and that is only the ones that bothered to push the button. There is some interest out there!

I was watching the same auction.....I can only hope this is the premium people are willing to pay.

I would happily swap my 20 for 80oz of something else (4x)

i just went on the perth mint website and all sizes are showing up as for sale (not 1oz though). Buying is closed though so I'm not sure if this means they are stocked up for tomorrow

Same one as bidding on the other one for $355 at the moment, well it looks to be the same...

Are people going totally crazy?
Why don't I just buy 1000 of them in Germany for $90 each?

do it - 1oz Dragon = 68.09 € x 1000 = 68.090€ = 89.789AU$ - 1000 are available

For us in Australia it is actually only 63,64€ as we don't have to pay Mehrwertsteuer smile

Re: Tracking the 2012 1oz Silver Dragon Secondary Market

yeah a buyer with no feedback. all looks a bit of a set up to me just to make people believe that the coins are going to fetch such prices. I would love them to keep going higher and higher but we'll see. Wish maybe I could have afforded to purchase more when I had the oppotunity, but anyway at least what i couldn't buy in the 1 oz bullion from my allowed quota would have gone to someone else and more of us get to appreciate them.

one day all my silver will turn to gold but before then I am turning all my dreams into silver

Compared to what others are asking that is actually a pretty reasonable buy. Although we are yet to see what price the US dealers offer them for...
