Re: Real or Fake T&Co?

Hard tell from the images as they pixelate when enlarging, however:
- Tiffany workmanship will be excellent (look for flaws - ie they never crimp and always have solid joins)
- Tiffant font is Arial Serif, and will always be perfect, and perfectly aligned on the piece

They rob me a couple of times a year when I run out of time buying birthday/anniversary/Christmas/etc gifts. They are never discounted.

Good luck.

Re: Real or Fake T&Co?

Never discounted at the stores--- but I've bought gift certificates discounted from people who weren't into Tiffany and preferred the cash.

Effective discount smile

Re. Fake or not? Take them into a store and ask them. I'm no expert either, but would be worth popping your head in to find out directly if it's convenient for you.

Re: Real or Fake T&Co?

I would say they are fake.
The "O" in CO...should be in lower case....should be Co.

If you google Tiffany and Co hallmarks.....there are quite a few pages that state the above.
The same applies with their fake blue boxes.....displaying an upper case "O" instead of lower case "o"

Hope this helps

Apparently not. I took this pic from the official Tiffany site and there's plenty more similar pics.

Now in the image you provided, look at the hallmark inside the bangle , next to 925 (not the logo)

I noticed that, but the point I was trying to make was that they are using both the capital "O" and lower case "o", so using a capital "O" in "CO" doesn't automatically mean it's fake.

Re: Real or Fake T&Co?

Cheers for the advice everyone!! The hallmark does not look as perfect as it should and the earrings feels very light and almost as though i could bend them with a few fingers. I now have no doubt that they are fake.
Just got to figure out if they are even silver now. If they are, they will be going straight to the melting pot.

Re: Real or Fake T&Co?

Fake. It just looks fake in my honest opinion. I think it is better to have it checked at the Tiffany & Co. store for confirmation to see if the bangle is genuine or not.
