Mate ive been at it all day. This morning I got all the way to submit order and then it crapped out "Something went wrong with your order please phone 1300 blah blah blah". Ring them and the staff cant help.

Now I can navigate the site fine but I cant get through the billing section. I click "Proceed to step 3 delivery" and it just refeshes the page and says "Failed to update member's details." There is nothing to update in this section. What a pain... this is my first time dealing with the mint. They make it stupidly hard to spend my money. How are other peoples orders getting though? Frustrating

Just talked to someone at the Mint, she says the whole system down !

If you ring them and give them the details of your order, they will call you as soon as the system is going...

She said that no-one is able to place orders at this stage, so perhaps they will have a waiting list and call in turn to place orders. let's hope so....

Just enter a large quanity in 'Add to cart' eg. 200, it will dispaly the quantity in stock

one more question... if you pay with credit card do you HAVE to pay with paypal? Or can you just use your CC on its own?

Can pay on it's own, you can't use AMEX in Paypal

I just got my order paid for, I prefer to do Bank Transfers, for obvious reasons...

I got it done by phone, a nice young lady, Linda, helped me.

Managed to get a 'Rectangular Set' and a 'Baby Dragon', cute

They say 'limit of 1 per customer', so I didn't try to see how many there were left.

Perhaps, if you have trouble with ordering on line, ringing them might be your best option.
